Bringing the bright, bold flavors of the Baja Peninsula to Boulder, Costa Brisa is a Baja-inspired Mexican concept from Chef Bill Espiricueta, the mastermind behind SMŌK. With a focus on fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients and coastal Mexican flavors, the menu features tacos, burritos, bowls, and quesadillas loaded with everything from Baja-style fried fish and carne asada to chicken tinga and chorizo.
